We value every love story and that is why we want to meet you and your fiancΓ© for you to learn about who we are, for us to get to know you more and chat about your dream wedding details. We will show you samples of beautiful wedding albums and other heirloom pieces for you to cherish after the wedding day. Also, we will choose the best package that fits your wedding day needs.

 

After the meeting, we will send over the contract for your review with all the details we have discussed. Once you return your signed contract and booking deposit, we are officially your wedding photographers! Woohoo!

 

So exciting! We will become great friends in the remaining months until your wedding. To show our love and appreciation, we want to be there with you every step of the way and below is the plan!

 
 


What to Expect

  • Thank you for choosing EC3 Moments to capture your wedding day! We are so eager to get to know you and work with you.

    We want to meet with you 8 weeks before your wedding to discuss your ideas and your timeline. This is the stage where we make plans to ensure all your photography needs will be met on the big day! We look forward to it!

  • After you and your planner have revised our previous timeline, you will be sending the updated copy to us and we will go through and discuss any final details together.

    Everything is all set. The big day awaits!

  • Congratulations! It is the happiest day of your lives, and we are here to celebrate this unforgettable moment with you!

    Rest assured that we’ve had a clear grasp of all your photography needs from our previous communication, you can sit back, soak in every blissful moment of your big day, and know they will be beautifully captured!

  • We know you are excited to see how your gorgeous shots turn out, so we have some sneak peaks ready 2 weeks after your photoshoot! We are certain you’ll look stunning in them! Be sure to check them out and share them with your family and friends!

  • 12-16 weeks after your wedding, the moment you’ve been waiting for has arrived: your full gallery, slideshow, and personal website are ready and uploaded! Your guests will be notified a day after this has been sent to you.

    You can choose to hide certain images from the gallery. Now is a good time to start choosing photos for your album, if you have ordered one with us. We hope you and your guests will enjoy these lovely memories!

  • Now we will meet virtually to see your album design (if you have ordered one). Once you approve of the design, we will send it into our printing lab for production. They are sure to turn out amazing!

  • 6 weeks after your album has been approved, we are excited for you to come pick and flip through your album pages! It’s always a magical moment to see couples relive their wedding day!
